THE CHALLENGE Our mission was to brand the urban renewal arm of BROSH Real Estate in a way that forges a connection to the parent brand while establishing a distinctive identity befitting its urban and boutique character.

THE SOLUTION

We've crafted a series of logos featuring project ADDresses, embellished with geometric elements reminiscent of the parent brand's engineering language and endorsed by the Brosh company – By Brosh. Each ADDress is adorned with a specific shade that reflects its location or project theme – green for proximity to the park, pink for strawberry fields, and more. A unifying yellow base binds all projects together.

The geometric language has transformed into linear illustrations, incorporating urban symbols that pay homage to the project's locale, weaving a vibrant urban narrative.

We took to the city streets to capture photographs that embrace each project's nature, colors, and urban vitality, resulting in an optimistic and dynamic series that resonates with the rich engineering and entrepreneurial legacy of BROSH Real Estate.
